# Pursiva > Pursiva reads your offer, builds your ideal customer profile and returns a ranked list of Polish > companies that fit it — each with why it fits, what has just changed there, and a dated source for > every claim. You get companies, not contact details. Pursiva is a paid research service for the Polish B2B market at https://usepursiva.com. English is served at https://usepursiva.com, Polish at https://usepursiva.com/pl. ## What it does - You paste your website address. Pursiva reads your offer and builds an ideal customer profile (ICP): industries, size, legal form, exclusions. You see that profile before you pay. - After payment it researches the Polish market, screens candidates against that ICP, verifies companies in the REGON register wherever a tax number is published on their site, and scores what is left. - The ranked list arrives by email. Every “why now” line carries the source it was read from. - Before the list is sent it is checked automatically against the exclusions and legal forms in your profile. Nothing waits in a queue. ## What it is not - Not a lead database. Nothing is sold off the shelf; each list is produced for one offer. - No contact data. Pursiva never returns an email address, a phone number or an individual's name; people are described by role (“the new CFO”). Sole-trader register entries are never read. - Pursiva sends nothing on your behalf and takes no position on whether your own outreach is lawful. ## Sources Public sources only: company websites, job boards, news, and the REGON register, which also yields the KRS number and legal form. ## Prices (net, the way a Polish business reads a price; 23% VAT is added at checkout) - First run — PLN 149 net + 23% VAT (PLN 183.27 gross). One website in, one ranked list out. Paid once, no subscription. - Weekly watch — PLN 299 net + 23% VAT (PLN 367.77 gross) a month: 5 runs a month plus a weekly re-check of the list you already have. Switched on from your results page, once there is a list to watch. - If a run turns up fewer than 20 companies, you choose within 14 days: a free re-run, or a full refund. - Payment methods: card, BLIK, Link, Apple Pay, Google Pay. ## Speed Results within an hour of payment. The production runs on record finished in 33 to 46 minutes. ## Coverage Poland first; more European markets follow. The product is available in English and Polish. ## Pages - [Home](https://usepursiva.com) — [Strona główna (PL)](https://usepursiva.com/pl): what it does, the eight signal types, prices, FAQ. - [Example runs](https://usepursiva.com/examples) — [PL](https://usepursiva.com/pl/examples): one real run, published whole. - [A Wrocław ERP/WMS vendor, an example run](https://usepursiva.com/examples/erp-wms-vendor-wroclaw) — [PL](https://usepursiva.com/pl/examples/erp-wms-vendor-wroclaw): the full funnel from a run submitted 2026-09-02 — 11 searches, 111 candidates, 80 kept, 59 researched, 40 scored in 35 minutes, 154 signals across 51 companies, 6 of 40 verified in the register. - [Data and compliance](https://usepursiva.com/data) — [PL](https://usepursiva.com/pl/data): what is stored, what is never stored, and why. - [Terms](https://usepursiva.com/terms) — [PL](https://usepursiva.com/pl/terms) - [Privacy](https://usepursiva.com/privacy) — [PL](https://usepursiva.com/pl/privacy) - [Start a run](https://usepursiva.com/start) — [PL](https://usepursiva.com/pl/start) ## Po polsku, w skrócie Pursiva czyta Twoją ofertę ze strony, buduje profil idealnego klienta (ICP) i zwraca ranking polskich firm, które do niego pasują — z odpowiedzią „dlaczego pasuje”, „dlaczego teraz” i źródłem z datą przy każdym zdaniu. Pursiva looks for: 1. New location or facility 2. Active hiring 3. Headcount growth 4. Revenue growth 5. Funding or EU subsidy 6. Management change 7. Public tender 8. Registry and PKD changes Recent, relevant events raise the Intent score and are listed with their source. No “why now” line exists without a stored source. ## How a run works, step by step 1. You submit your website. Pursiva fetches your pages and extracts what you sell, to whom, and what you do not sell. 2. It generates an ICP: industries, company size, legal forms, geography, and explicit exclusions. You read it and correct it before anything is charged. 3. You pay. Nothing is researched until a run is paid for. 4. Grounded web research in Polish finds candidate companies; a deterministic check drops anything that violates the ICP's exclusions or legal forms. 5. Candidates that survive are enriched: pages are read, signals are extracted with a source URL and a date, and the REGON register is queried where a tax number is published. 6. Everything is scored on fit, intent and confidence, and the top companies are ranked. 7. The run delivers itself: it mints a results link and emails it. Nothing is rewritten or reordered afterwards. ## A published run, in numbers (submitted 2026-09-02, Polish flow, an ERP/WMS vendor in Wrocław) 11 grounded searches · 111 candidates found · 80 kept after the ICP check · 59 successfully researched (21 unreadable) · 40 scored and ranked · scores 41 to 91, mean 74.5 · 154 signals stored across 51 companies · 6 of the 40 verified in KRS/REGON · 35 minutes wall time That run was never delivered to anyone and the seller was Pursiva itself. It is published whole, including the weak rows, at https://usepursiva.com/examples/erp-wms-vendor-wroclaw. ## Frequently asked questions ### Where does the data come from? Public sources only: company websites, job boards, news and the REGON register, which also gives us the KRS number. Every claim on a card links back to the source it came from. ### How long does it take? Under an hour. You give us your website, we read your offer and show you the profile we built from it in a couple of minutes, and nothing is charged until you have seen it. After you pay, the research runs and the ranked list is emailed to you — the runs we have measured finished in 33 to 46 minutes. Nothing waits in a review queue. ### Is this a lead database? No. Pursiva does not sell a list. It reads your offer, screens the market against your ideal customer profile and ranks the companies that show a reason to talk now. Each result is built for you, with evidence. ### Do I get contact details? No, and that is the design, not a gap. Pursiva works on companies, not people: we never read a sole trader's register entry, we never store or return an individual's name, email or phone, and the people involved are described by role — "the new CFO". You get the company, the reason to talk to it now, and the sources. You choose the route in: the switchboard, the contact form, the careers page, the company's own profile. ### Which countries are covered? Poland first. Where a company's tax number is on its site we verify it in the REGON register and you get its KRS number and legal form; where it is not, the evidence is the cited sources themselves. More European markets follow. The product is available in English and Polish. ### How is "why now" determined? We look for dated events that change what a company needs: a new location, active hiring, headcount or revenue growth, funding or EU subsidies, management changes, tenders and registry updates. Recent, relevant events raise the Intent score and are listed with their source. ## Limits Pursiva states about itself - Registry verification is real but partial: across the runs on record 6 of 40, 8 of 40 and 10 of 50 companies could be verified. The site never claims full coverage. - 40 scored companies out of 111 candidates is a sample of a market, not a census of it. - Pursiva reads no financial filings. There is no filing adapter in the codebase and the site claims none. - Pursiva is early software, run by one person, and it can be rough.
