Pursiva
Example run

What Pursiva returned for a Wrocław ERP/WMS vendor

Submitted on 2 Sept 2026 in the Polish flow. The seller sells ERP and warehouse-management software to Polish companies; that is all this page says about them, because the submission was ours and the vendor is not a customer. The companies the run found are named — they are public companies, and the run's own words about them are below.

Read this first

  1. 01This list was never delivered. The run finished in the state every run finishes in — needs review — and stopped there. No customer ever saw it, nobody replied to it, and we contacted none of the companies on it. No Pursiva list has yet produced a documented contact.
  2. 02The ranking is the system's own, before any hand review. Nothing here was reordered, promoted, dropped or rewritten to make the page read better.
  3. 03In the product, every why-now line carries a link to the source it was read from, and the results page counts how many of the delivered companies could be verified in the register. This page is a written summary of that run, not the run's own screen: the lines below describe what the run recorded, and where no source is shown, none is being claimed.
  4. 04Forty scored companies out of a hundred and eleven candidates is a sample of the market, not a census of it. A different day, a different set of searches and a different forty.
  5. 05People are described by role and never by name. “A new board” is a fact about a company; who sits on it is not something Pursiva stores or prints.

The funnel

Each step is a real count from the run's ledger, in the order the pipeline ran them.

  1. 11Grounded searches
  2. 111Candidates found
  3. 80Kept by the cheap filter
  4. 59Websites read and researched
  5. 40Scored and ranked

Of the 80 kept companies, 21 could not be read at all — the site timed out, blocked the reader or returned nothing. They are simply absent from the list rather than guessed at.

The registry number is the honest weak spot. A Polish company rarely prints its tax number on its home page, so most rows in this run were never looked up in the register at all. The product prints that count on every delivered list for the same reason it is printed here.

Scored down on purpose

The bottom of the list is the part worth checking. Grounded search surfaces the biggest names in a market whether they belong there or not, and a mid-market vendor in Wrocław has no realistic route into any of these four. The fit penalty put them where they belong instead of letting the famous name carry the score.

What this page does not show and the product does

  • A link on every signal, to the page it was read from, plus the date the source stated or the date we found it.
  • The profile the run worked to — industries, size band, countries, buyer roles — which the seller can edit before the search starts.
  • The registry record behind a verified company: KRS, REGON, legal form and the GUS entry they came from.
  • A coverage note counted from the delivered rows themselves: how many are verified, how many carry a dated signal, and what was not checked.
  • The rest of the list, a detail panel per company, and a weekly watch that reports only what changed.
